Our challenge isn’t so much to teach children about the natural world, but to find ways to sustain the instinctive connections they already carry.
We believe Outdoor School provides a unique opportunity for students to go beyond their classroom and engage with their local watershed. We provide exploration activities and inquiry-based classes such as Art in Nature, Wildlife Migration, Orienteering and Geocaching, Kalapuya Culture, and more! Students even get a chance to give back and be stewards of the land through service learning projects.
