Thurston Hills Natural Area Grand Opening Celebration

Come celebrate the grand opening of Thurston Hills Natural Area in Springfield! This great event will feature key speakers to talk about the project as well as featuring booths of organizations that made this project a success. Middle Fork Willamette Watershed Council will be there talking about our oak restoration project at Thurston Hills and how you can get involved. Located at 7575 Mckenzie Highway in Springfield, please park across the street at the local church or in the neighborhood. Please bring walking shoes and warm clothes. Coffee and breakfast treats will be provided. Tell your friends! This beautiful new trailhead provides access to a 665 acre natural area and 4 miles of multi-use trails an incredible asset for the community.
